Ways to Register
- You May Complete Your Form and Bring or Mail it into your upcoming Session
- You May Complete and Upload your Form and Submit it and then
- Pay your registration through PayPal
- Pay your registration through Givelify
- Or Mail your completed registration Form to the Session

How To Register
- Select the "Registration Forms" Page
- Select the Congress you are Registering For
- Double click on that Congress
- Edit and Complete the Fillable Form
- Save the PDF to your desktop/laptop/etc. so that you will have a copy for your records and one to submit.
- Click on the "Online Association Registration" Tab at the Bottom of the Page or Go to "Association Registration" Page.
- Enter the Name of the Church you Are Registering
- Upload you Registration Form
- Enter the name and email of the person representing the Church
- Click Submit
- Clicking the Submit will take you to the "Registration Contributions" Page and provide you with your Financial Options
- Givelify
- Selecting the Manual Option Allows you to Mail or Bring your Check or Money Order (and Completed Form) to the Session (See Mailing Address Above)
